Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) & the Cure PTSD Now™ Initiative
When diagnosed, PTSD is currently addressed with two main types of treatment: psychotherapy and medication. Unfortunately, the treatments are not a lasting solution and are required indefinitely. Furthermore, there are many adverse side effects from these medications which are known to cause further physical and mental health imbalances.
Our initiative aims to implement a methodology to cure PTSD. Once established, our findings will be used to cure other trauma-related mental health diseases without the need for medication. By combining proven therapeutic modalities with new research on consciousness –where consciousness is defined as the comprehensive perceptive experience of an individual– we are approaching the cure to mental illness from a new perspective.
We are creating medication-free treatment protocols focused on shifting the patient’s state of consciousness. These protocols will be clinically tested through an alliance with a leading research institution and the results will be documented for eventual publication.
